Finding a property in the UK can be difficult enough process for buyers living in the country. But for those who are coming from overseas, the task can be beyond daunting. Whether you’re looking for a one bedroom investment flat in central London, or a five bedroom family home in the country, the type and location of property is a big decision both socially and from an investment point of view.
Many purchasers are not represented professionally until they instruct a solicitor when the deal is as good as done, but few people would consider making much lesser investments, for example, an old master, stocks and shares or a racehorse, without the benefit of professional advice.
