Once we have taken a brief on a visit to the UK, where we can meet wherever is convenient, or by phone and Skype if you are not in the UK at all, we can get into the market on your behalf. We will be looking at and short-listing the best houses for you to see.
On a visit to the UK, all the arrangements will be made for you to tour and view your short-list.
Once a good house has been found, we will start the due diligence to make sure that we are in the best position to negotiate the best price for you.
Being local and on the ground, we will oversee the survey and and conveyancing process, making sure that matters are dealt with so that you know that you are buying the right property.
