The happy outcome
We found a pretty 3-bedroom cottage in the village of Axmouth, within walking distance of Axminster Harbour, Seaton beach and some great pubs. The cottage had been operating as a holiday let, so our clients were also able to purchase most of the furniture, fixtures and fittings which suited both parties.
