Why they came to Stacks

Mr & Mrs H were making them move from London ‘out of town’ and the story of why they chose to engage a buying agent is probably familiar; they were struggling to find a meaningful amount of available properties in their desired areas and lacked the time to do the legwork of dealing with every agent and asking about their pipeline, and building the relationships that are required in the markets they were looking at.

Rachel did a fantastic job, shielding us from any tricky conversations with the selling agent and driving a hard bargain, recommending and arranging local surveyors with the right experience and keeping us up to date with the lists of admin tasks that we needed to be thinking about. It was also fantastic to have a friendly face waiting for us on moving day; she had coffee and tea ready for us and the movers and she had already sorted out all the meter readings and key handovers.

As two busy people with full time jobs and young children, not having to juggle the admin aspects of moving house was incredibly valuable for us, and Rachel was such a calm and efficient presence throughout, we would highly recommend her.
