The vendor was a Developer who was retaining the rest of the farm’s barns and outbuildings. He chose to stick with Stacks’ client, even though he subsequently received an offer that was £100,000 more. We were able to change the boundary, and agree some additional works to be included in the price.
Our clients and their livestock have moved in and are all enjoying a fantastic new home which has everything that they needed and additional large barns with potential for the future.
