Mr & Mrs T did not need to release cash from their sale, and so they had a healthy budget to choose a property that appealed to them, in a desirable location, and with the scope to adapt should the need arise.
Beginning in Milton Keynes where they were living, and were very comfortable, we also covered the outlying villages and nearby towns. The process revealed to Mr & Mrs T that, for them, it was ultimately the property that counted, as opposed to a specific location, as they were willing to see the advantages of multiple locations.
