Why they came to Stacks
A lady in her early 80’s had accepted an offer on a small farm in Somerset where she’d lived for 40 years. She had to move, but was having difficulty finding something suitable that she liked.
What they were looking for
She was looking for a 3-bedroom house in a nice quiet village that was equidistant from old friends in West Somerset and her relations in Dorset. It needed to be in a quiet location, have an enclosed garden for her dog, and a garage and off road parking.
What the local area offer could offer
We identified the right location, and zeroed in on the best villages, with attractive period cottages, a church, pub and shop. Only houses that were suitable for an older client were considered.
