We recently introduced Shad Thames to a client who was looking for somewhere fun and vibrant but also which was smart and would be a good place to entertain in. He needed to be close to the City as he works long hours and when we first suggested Shad Thames and SE1 he was a little reluctant. However, his budget allowed for some very impressive river fronting apartments with direct views of the lovely Tower Bridge. As we know the agents and the area very well, we were able to match his requirements such as having an open plan kitchen and also ‘traditional features’ into the search and as soon as he saw both Shad Thames and the apartment, he fell in love with them.
