Open since 1952 and offering fantastic steaks, The Guinea is a favourite with locals and tourists. Hidden away in the gorgeous area of Mayfair with its village feel, it is an absolute must for those searching for a quintessential London pub amongst the numerous fancy restaurants and cafes.

Another very famous pub, and also lays claim to being the oldest riverside pub in London dating back to 1520! The pub used to be a meeting point for smugglers but now offers an excellent place for a drink after perhaps doing the Historic East London walk.
