London clients have, historically, been managed from a single London office. But increasingly, clients are asking us for help finding property in further flung areas of the capital. Our strategy for providing them with the best possible service is to open a network of satellite offices across the capital.
This works for us well in the country; our business model is a head office that looks after administration, including marketing and training; and a network of locally based regional directors who have very specialised local knowledge. Some of the regional offices are run on a franchise basis; others are managed by head office with locally based associate directors at the helm. All are supported by a well-established support network between head office and individual regions.
We are now offering business opportunities for property search experts in the capital. We are interested in speaking to self-motivated professionals who would like the autonomy to effectively run their own business, but with back-up, administrative help, marketing support, and general assistance from an efficient central office.
There’s a huge business advantage for regional directors. The Stacks brand carries a massive amount of weight, goodwill and trust, while the combined expertise of the group is immense, with some heavy-weight well-known and established names who lend authority not to mention professional guidance.
Operating techniques are tried and tested and are in place to be rolled out in new locations. And new directors can take advantage of the numerous business relationships that exist.”
