Areas close to Newark and Grantham are one of the Country’s best kept secrets as commuters are able to travel by rail directly to London’s Kings Cross in little over an hour, and into the West End and City shortly after that. Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Rutland have beautiful undulating countryside. The area has an abundance of quintessentially English villages with cracking pubs and pretty ‘blonde’ stone houses. All 3 Counties benefit from an ongoing programme of investment in the road infrastructure making for very convenient travelling. The East Midlands airport is also easily accessible with ever increasing destinations allowing for more leisure flights and a great choice for business users travelling to Europe and beyond.
