We are able to recommend the good local surveyors, solicitors and any other property professionals necessary to see your purchase through to completion.
Over the last 30 years, we have dealt with most of the estate agents in the area. The agents trust us and enjoy working with us, we are often given prior knowledge of properties coming to the market and they make us aware of all their ‘quietly marketed’ properties, which will never be advertised on the internet. They are also able to inform their vendors that our clients are always serious buyers, which puts our clients firmly ahead of any competition.
Our other source of properties is from private contacts, we all live and work in the area and have business, social and family connections locally. Stacks regularly receives calls from prospective vendors, before they list their houses with estate agents. They understand that our clients pay us and therefore, if we have an interested party on our books, the vendors can escape paying estate agent fees.
If our clients have a small defined search area, we often write letters to directly target specific properties.
