Prime Central London Property Finders

Are you looking to buy a family home, pied a terre or investment in Prime Central London? If so, we can help

The definition of Prime central London encompasses the famous areas of Holland Park, Notting Hill, Mayfair, Belgravia Knightsbridge, and Kensington and Chelsea. Prime Central London Postcodes primarily comprising SW7 W11, W8, SW1, SW3 and W1 offers a wealth of beautiful period mansion blocks and large family houses and apartments, alongside luxurious new developments offering concierge services and gyms.

Knowing where to start your search for a property in Prime Central London can be difficult as each street and garden square has its own merits. If you are looking around Sloane Square for example, then you are likely to encounter the beautiful red brick Mansion blocks around Cadogan Gardens or the charming cottage style pastel houses just off the Kings Road. Kensington and Knightsbridge offer similar large apartments as well as some outstanding new luxury developments and large houses, and Notting Hill offers mainly large houses and villas some of which remain as one unit and others which have been divided to create beautiful flats.

It is also important to be able to understand the leasehold system and what the implications of buying a property with a short lease may be. We are able to save our clients huge amounts of time as we know what to look for and where to find exactly the right type of property.

Prime Central London property prices can vary hugely according to many factors including those which may not appear immediately obvious when searching through property portals- these can be factors such as properties which overlook garden squares, those with long leases or shared freehold, or diminishing factors such as being affected by the tube rumbling below or next to the property, having high service charges, being a very long walk up to the flat with no lift or being in a less good position in a residential block.

We know to look for these factors and also know the buildings and streets of Prime Central London, so if you would like some expert independent and experienced advice, do call us.

We have also bought many properties for overseas investors – both seen and unseen – each time identifying the budget and purpose of the purchase in order to ensure that we bought the best possible property for our clients.

With the official home of the Cambridge’s, Hyde Park to the East and Holland Park to the West, as well as easy access to the M4, Kensington’s appeal is vast to both UK and Overseas investors and residents alike.

The architecture offers beautiful period red brick mansion blocks which comprise large 3/4 bedroom flats, alongside large detached stucco-fronted detached houses and charming period houses, as well as prestigious developments such as Phillimore Gardens and Holland Green.

Defined by the Thames to the south and the Brompton Road to the north, Chelsea offers an attractive selection of period ‘cottages’ around the Kings Road, as well as period mansion flats surrounding Sloane Square, leading to the famous Eaton Square.

Located just to the south of Sloane Square and bordering Mayfair, Belgravia offers wide streets and large mainly stucco-fronted Victorian Houses.

There are also mews houses which offer quiet and more private living. Elisabeth Street is popular for dining, and Buckingham Palace as its most famous residence, ensures long-standing popularity with many types of resident.

Transport links include Victoria Station for both national and underground (District, Circle and Victoria lines) and Green Park is within easy walking distance for an afternoon stroll.

Famous not only for the film and summer festival, but also the wonderful Portobello Road market and gorgeous pastel houses, Notting Hill mainly comprises period houses, both large and small, and flats which have been created from these houses.

There are some wonderful garden squares and, being on a hill, often lovely views over west London.

Transport here is found on the many bus routes leading into Oxford Street and on to Mayfair, and the Central line underground. Access to the M4 and M40 are also excellent.

Situated to the north of Hyde Park and within easy striking distance of Oxford Street, Bayswater largely comprises period, stucco-fronted houses often on garden squares, alongside some more recent prestigious developments such as The Lancasters.
