2nd of the three Exchanged! This client visited our stand at the Game Fair in July, signed up in August, had mystery tour in October, made an offer in November and Exchanged in December and will be Completing in January – It cannot be done quicker especially between offer and exchange baring in mind a mortgage had to be found.
