After a slow summer due to the uncertainty of the hung parliament and the lack of progress with Brexit at least we have the Autumn house launches to look forward to. More stock is required.

With everyone living longer and healthier those larger houses that should be released for the next generation of young families are not being so. Part of the problem is this uncertainty and the concern that there are not suitable properties to downsize to. Far too many people are hanging on to what they have making a stagnant market.
