Took the stand with South Cotswold Regional Director Jo Aldridge to the Moreton show on Saturday and were luckily blessed with good weather – sadly my terrier Mole did not win the very competitive terrier racing!

New client enquirers continue to call with ones in Hong Kong, Canada and USA been in contact in the last week as well as local ones.

Where are the new houses? Most agents report that the lack of stock continues with relatively few new instructions. Press reports of price increases in 2014 mean that some Vendors are holding back. A local house photographer is busy taking photos for houses to be launched in the spring. Our service at Stacks is even more important now.
