Welcome to 2016!

As always during the slow times of the Xmas break peoples thoughts turn to property and thoughts of moving. This has certainly been the case of those wanting to move to my local area with the increase of traffic on the website. Various meetings have now been set up and three new clients have signed! It looks like it will be a busy spring.

As always the agents are full of confidence for the ‘spring’ launch of lots of new properties to the market – we will wait and see. We have heard it all before and then nothing really happens. In 2015 we were told vendors were waiting for the election result. No doubt 2016 it will be waiting for the ‘Brexit’ result!
