Christmas is coming and Plan B has just been put into action… It feels sometimes as though we are stuck in some kind of pandemic nightmare, but I think we can be confident that now we have all been vaccinated against Covid 19 we are in a much better place than this time last year.

Property-wise 2021 has been a pretty extraordinary year. Unprecedented demand combined with a shortage of availability meant that prices increased by nearly 20%. For example one property we bought for clients had 29 viewings and 13 offers were made on it.  However we had our most successful year ever, and the benefits of being represented by a professional buying agent really became clear. We are hopeful that 2022 will see something of a return to more normal conditions with less frenetic activity around every new listing.  What is clear is that Warwickshire and the North Cotswolds remain a particularly popular part of the country to live in and we are here to help you make the move.
