Am I the same as a “relocation agent”?
No.
Many UK relocation firms run high-volume, quick-turnaround lettings: find a rental fast, move on. That has its place, but it is not what I do.

Northamptonshire is a serious employment hub, not just a place to sleep between commutes.
It is the heart of British motorsport and high-performance engineering, with Formula 1 and automotive teams concentrated around Brackley, Brixworth and Silverstone, and a deep supply chain of specialist firms around them.
Add the logistics and distribution sector along the M1 & A5, and a good deal of the relocation we help with is people moving in for exactly these roles.

So I start with a proper consultation, in person where possible, by video where geography makes that easier. I both live and work in Northamptonshire, so I can quickly help you shape what you are looking for and where it is likely to be.
From there, if it helps, I will take you out on an orientation day to get a feel for the county in the flesh, arrange school visits, and show you the places, and a few properties, that fit.
