We recently assisted a couple from New York who knew that they wanted to search for a property in Prime Central London, but were unsure as to where to start. Using our extensive experience having previously been estate agents and now as buying agents in the area, we were able to identify their more specific requirements such as being on a garden square and having easy access to the M4 and Heathrow, we were then able to use our extensive network of agents and contacts to gain access to a property which was off market in Chelsea.

The property was exactly what our clients were looking for and they were extremely happy to proceed based on our opinions and experience.
