Our client was looking to assist his three children in purchases of each of their first homes. They required help and inside knowledge of the market to find properties which would be suitable.
What they were looking for:
We were looking for multiple properties, which is always a challenge. The client requested that the properties were within close proximity of each other. They also needed to be similar in price to each other.
How Stacks helped:
We carried out a thorough search across Clapham SW4, Balham SW12 and Tooting SW17 for each of them. Each property that was taken into consideration then had to be compared to other available properties to fit the client’s criteria.
Luckily, with our inside knowledge and experience, we were able to uncover three properties which fit the brief and were within a close enough proximity.
The happy outcome:
Of course, we enjoy a challenge here at Stacks, and we were able to close deals on a lovely house, a first-floor flat with a terrace and a maisonette with a terrace. The deals were all completed at roughly the same time, all of which were in excellent condition and rented within a week of them going on to the market.
