I’m a property search agent based in the heart of the area I cover, helping clients find and secure homes across Bristol, Bath and the surrounding Somerset countryside. Having lived here for many years, I know these areas inside out—not just the villages and streets, but the feel of each place, the schools, and the small details that make such a difference when choosing where to live.
I originally came to Bristol for university and, like many people, was drawn back after time away. I spent eight years living in London and two in Australia, before returning to the South West in 1998. Since then, I have lived across Bristol, North Somerset and Somerset, and for the past 26 years I have built both my life and career here, developing a deep understanding of the local property market and the people within it.
I now live in the village of Litton, on the edge of the Chew Valley, very much in the centre of my search area. From here I am perfectly placed to help clients relocating to Bath, Bristol or the surrounding countryside, covering everything from Clifton and the best parts of Bristol, through to the Chew Valley, Wells, Frome and Bruton, and all the villages in between.
What I offer my clients is not just experience, but genuine local knowledge. I have strong, long-standing relationships with local estate agents and am often the first person they call when something suitable is coming to the market. I am also regularly approached by sellers and contacts within the area, which means my clients are often introduced to opportunities before they are widely available, including off-market property.
As a parent of three children who have been educated locally, I have a wide network of contacts and a very practical understanding of schools and family life here—something that is often central to my clients’ decisions, particularly for families moving out of London or relocating from overseas.
I genuinely love both the cities and the countryside that I work across. Bath and Bristol offer energy, culture and a fantastic quality of life, while the surrounding villages provide space, community and a different pace—all within easy reach.
My approach is straightforward and personal. I work closely with each client to understand exactly what they are looking for, guiding them through the process from identifying the right area through to sourcing and securing the right property at the right price.
