“We were living in London when we started our search. We didn’t have the time or capacity to view each interesting property that came up. Amanda did an initial scouting (sometimes two) on our behalf and reported back, knowing what we were looking for. This was a really valuable initial screening process for us.

Amanda also asked questions (viewings and via correspondence with the agent) that we wouldn’t think of asking/ or didn’t feel comfortable asking (why is it so expensive compared to x/y?!, flood risks, previous building works etc) and dealt with the agents without us having to get involved.
