A family with young children who worked overseas wanted a UK base for the family. This would also be used as a central location for the children when they began schooling in England.
What they were looking for:
The property would be used for family and extended family Christmases, and somewhere to reside when back from overseas. One of it’s main purposes would be a family house for the children when they went to school in the UK.

The property that they chose was a lovely village Mill House with gardens and paddock. It also had a separate cottage that could be used for extra accommodation for family events and as a rental when not needed.
