The happy outcome

Whilst the client was overseas, we had many zoom calls and made videos of each property to get a good idea of what they were like. Once the client landed in London we had a clear picture of the areas and types of properties which could work. We then negotiated on the house which they selected in Wimbledon having also looked at other areas such as SE1 and Marylebone.
