Why they came to Stacks

This lovely couple from North London came to Stacks to help find a larger family home. They had initially thought of moving to the country but then realised that Dulwich offered the feeling of being in the country whilst still being able to see friends and get to work when needed.

What they were looking for

The clients were looking for a property with more space in which to work from home, and a garden that they could grow into.

How Stacks helped

As the clients didn’t know South London very well and had a toddler daughter, coming down from North London to see houses was difficult. We looked at properties in Putney and Barnes as well but Dulwich was an area which grabbed them as it had more transport options as well as offering more shops and bars etc.

The happy outcome

Stacks were able to secure an off market property as we were first in, and although there was another buyer who offered, the vendor chose our clients as they needed to ensure the sale would go ahead as they hadn’t marketed the house. Exchange took place in just three weeks and we’re sure that our clients will love living there!
