Nick’s passion for property began several decades ago whilst renovating houses and creating a buy-to-let portfolio, alongside his interior designer wife. He loved what he did but missed the client interactions and problem solving he’d enjoyed in corporate life. And so, when the opportunity came to join Stacks – the place property buying began – he seized it and hasn’t looked back. Nick has personal experience of commuting and raising a family in the area, and can relate to the challenges being faced by many clients.
Since 2004, Nick has secured a wide variety of homes, as well as land, for clients across the Thames Valley. From town to country, and everything in between, Nick thrives on matching people to property. To do this, he focuses on really getting to know buyers and testing their requirements, and combines excellent interpersonal skills with local market knowledge. A skilled negotiator and creative problem solver, Nick offers a highly personal, professional service. From visiting properties in advance, to chauffeuring clients to viewings, providing objective insights to specific properties, to managing communications with surveyors, solicitors, lenders and tradespeople, Nick does all this to ensure a seamless and stress-free process, from start to finish.
