Sara Ransom – MD, Stacks London

Having started in the estate agency business as a new graduate from Exeter University, Sara undertook a graduate training scheme with Hamptons, one of the top estate agents in London. Sara remained in estate agency, working in South West and Central London for over thirteen years. She then moved to buying agency to work with Phil Spencer (Location, Location, Location) before joining Stacks London 12 years ago. Sara has enjoyed a very successful time, whilst meeting clients from all over the world in need of assistance, advice and experience to help guide them through one of the busiest and most frenetic property markets in the world.

Buying property is often daunting, but Sara sees it as challenging and exciting, with every purchase being a new journey. So far we have enjoyed a 100% success rate with client satisfaction and, as Managing Director of Stacks London Property Search, she intends to keep it that way!

James Greenwood – MD, Stacks London and Stacks UK

James Greenwood was educated at Edinburgh University and worked in the City, before joining Stacks.

James has been involved with property search and acquisition since 1984 – it was his father who first thought up the idea of independent property search for private clients. It was James’s Dad who started the whole industry. As you would expect, therefore, James is passionate about the industry, and his main role is developing the Stacks London service so that clients get a top-notch experience that saves them time and money.

He know London well and has represented overseas buyers, investors and private clients looking across London.

Finding and securing the right house at the right price in the right part of London and seeing clients moved remains a job satisfaction that James never tires of.
