A short pause before a busy summer

After what has been a buoyant and active market in the leafy greater London boroughs, Stacks London property search anticipate a short hiatus until the middle of May.

Stacks London has been very busy over the last few months buying property mainly for uk residents looking for family houses, flats for children, pied-a-terres and long term investments. The majority of our clients for the first quarter of 2015 have been looking to enjoy a calmer period before the election to buy property without being forced into multiple bids, and having to make very quick decisions on what is probably one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

We now await the outcome of the election, but anticipate that life will go back to normal very quickly even potentially creating a burst of activity over the traditionally quiet summer for those who have held back to make their purchase.
