We believe that there may well be a very early start to the New Year, with previously undecided investment buyers hoping to purchase their property in time to complete before the 1st April 2016.
As buying agents we know that our service, networks and experience will be essential to these buyers. We will be on the streets proactively looking at all of the new properties from the minute the agents open their doors in the new year, in order to gauge the market and to seek those valuable investment opportunities throughout prime central London.
There is no doubt that our experience and contacts will add value to our clients, enabling them to be in the very best possible position to avoid paying another 3% on stamp duty.
Our hope is that the good estate agents will be gearing their vendors up as we speak, asking them to have their paperwork in place, forms filled in and solicitors signed up in order to assist their purchasers to make a speedy purchase.
We advise that if you are considering making an investment purchase in London, you use the next couple of weeks to enlist a buying agent to assist you as well as ensuring that your finances are in place. We are able to offer assistance with solicitors, surveyors and financial advisers as well as steering our clients through the process from speaking to agents, viewing properties, offering and the transaction itself.
If you would like to speak to us please do not hesitate to call or email- we will be available to speak throughout the Christmas period.

2020 Sara Ransom of Stacks Property Search says, “Buyer behaviour in London has shown several distinctive changes during the course of 2020. “There’s been a big surge in demand for swimming pools, from large basement pools, to tiny organic-looking plunge pools in small back gardens. Architects have been overrun with holiday-in-your-back-garden demand. “Required...
After the pause, will the property market be on rewind or fast forward? After many weeks of sitting in our homes, and with a ray of light in sight, Stacks London asks what on earth the property market will do. Up until the end of March, the property market was in full...

Retirement or semi-retirement is an exciting stage in life. Finding the right home to live in and enjoy it to the full is important. We know that and will do all that we can to understand what you’re looking for… before starting to search. And search we will, until we find the house of your dreams.
Relocating is time consuming and stressful. We regularly work with clients who live abroad. We hunt, short-list, prepare your viewings, and make the search process as easy as possible. We oversee the negotiations, manage the conveyancing, and deal with the headaches, so you can concentrate on other aspects of your move.
A holiday home is often an interesting mix of investment and heartfelt connection. You want to use it, but you may well also be keen for others to use it too. We can advise you on what factors to consider in making your decision. And we can then find the perfect holiday home for you to enjoy.
Others say, ‘location, location, location’. We say, ‘location, purpose, price, capital growth, rental returns’… the list goes on. Knowing the market is critical. Local knowledge is key.
