Whether the party you voted for or not came in, the result has definitely injected a huge amount of positivity into the market, with buyers (both international and domestic) coming back to the market with gusto. New properties are coming on to the market and those which have been ‘hanging around’ for a while are now being snapped up.

All agents, particularly those in prime central London, are sounding more positive than they have done in some time. Our advice now more than ever is to instruct a buying agent and seek professional advice as it will take a while for the market to correct itself and for buyers to work out exactly what the right price is.
