“Louise has been instrumental in helping my family find the house of our dreams. Like many people my husband and I decided, post lockdown to leave London behind for a different life in the country. My mothers ill health spurred on the decision to bring our households together, so we needed to find somewhere that would allow her to continue to live independently, give us a house large enough to accommodate two businesses and lots of weekend visitors, and the big garden we’ve always dreamt of owning. “We had been looking to relocate to Nottingham from South East London for a while but we’re not having much luck as the housing market was moving so quickly. We were finding that houses would go on the market and be sold within the same week – with two small children at home it was impossible for us to drop everything and rush to view properties that came online. When we missed out on a dream house due to miscommunication with an estate agent, we decided we needed help from someone who knew the local market. We live in Australia and wanted to invest in the UK as we intend on moving to the UK in 5 years time on a permanent basis.
