The main arteries of the UK, the M40 and the M1 bisect our property search area, providing ideal homes for commuters into London, Birmingham, Milton Keynes and Oxford. Londoners often move out here along the Chiltern Line (Chiltern Railways) and Great Western Main Line (GWR), coming into Marylebone and Paddington stations and now directly further into London on the Elizabeth Line.

High Speed 2

The proposed HS2 (High Speed 2) rail network will run through this area and is already having an impact on house prices and the desirability of some areas.  However it is not as straight-forward as checking the distance to the planned route, and Stacks can provide detailed advice and guidance to our clients in this regard.
