Bill Spreckley has enjoyed working in the property market for 22 years, firstly as an estate agent and for the last 17yrs on the buying side, as a search agent for Stacks. He believes in offering a discreet, thorough and professional service to his clients, where communication is all-important and he is contactable 7 days a week, enabling him to stay ‘one step ahead’ in a competitive environment.
He was brought up near Winchester until he left to pursue a career in the bond markets in The City. After a successful 15 years honing his negotiating skills, he decided to concentrate full time on his real interest, Property.
Bill has lived in Surrey for 10 years, Hampshire for 20 years and currently resides on the West Sussex/Hampshire borders. His contacts, both with estate agents and friends & family, coupled with his extensive local knowledge mean that he is able to advise his clients with confidence and often has access to houses that have not yet come onto the market.
Over the last 14yrs Bill has often been quoted in the national press and is regularly asked to write articles for the local press as well as some annual publications such as the Cowdray Polo Yearbook.
Bill likes to meet all his clients personally before he is retained, so that they can find out more about him and he can gain a good understanding of their requirements.
